Jayson Mullin, a native Houstonian, is widely considered one of the top property tax consultants and a current property tax code expert in Texas. He has held principal level securities designations with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He has a strong background in asset allocation, business development, recruiting, training, and lead management.
Jayson has a proven ability to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction. He currently consults several state legislators and elected officials on the property tax code. Jayson has detailed understanding of the property tax code, market, cost and property appraisal systems used by counties. Jayson is the co-owner of Republic Property Tax. He has personally protested thousands of properties.
Jayson is also the co-host and featured property tax expert on the hit radio show “Tax Time” on 950 AM that airs every Saturday from 2:00-3:00 PM.
Anastacio Mindiola is a successful attorney, licensed real estate professional and entrepreneur who has chosen to share his successes with the Texas community he has called home for his entire life. Born and raised in Houston, Anastacio received his college education at the University of Houston where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management.
Following graduation from college, Anastacio decided to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney by enrolling at South Texas College of Law. Just as he had done in college, Anastacio continued to excel during his legal studies. He was a valued contributor to Currents International Law Journal, and he was part of the school’s nationally-ranked moot court team.
Upon graduation from law school, Anastacio was admitted to the Texas bar and opened his own law practice in his hometown representing clients in personal injury, tax law and real estate. He also pursues his passion for international real estate as a licensed Realtor with Cameron & Tate International. He maintains membership in the Mexican-American Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
